Clare is a highly experienced occupational therapist, researcher, and academic. She graduated from occupational therapy in 1989 and worked in a variety of mental health settings, including acute, rehabilitation, and community care. For the past 5 years, Clare has completed freelance and project-based research work as part of her business, Knowledge Moves.

Vanessa Emilio (BA(Hons) LLB, ACIS) is a qualified Lawyer and former Company Secretary. She has more than 20 years experience in law starting out in corporate, banking, finance and trust law and later helping startups setting up and SMEs moving their businesses online. After starting her career at Freehills, she worked for a range of Australian and international financial institutions, including Macquarie Bank, Citibank, Trust Company and Bank of New York Mellon before founding Legal123 over 9 years ago.
